Downtown Dubai – Heart of the City

Downtown Dubai is ultra-modern, bustling and glamorous. It’s home to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Fountains. Ideal for first-time visitors who want a central location for exploring attractions and also for those seeking retail therapy. There are lots of mid-range to luxury hotels to live that celebrity lifestyle and hundreds of shops and restaurants that will keep you busy for days. Plenty of walkable areas.

Jumeriah Beach Residence (JBR) & Dubai Marina – Modern Seaside Lifestyle

Both the JBR and Marina areas are vibrant and an upscale neighbourhood with skyscrapers, yachts and nightlife. There is direct access to the beach and has stunning views of the skyline and Dubai Eye.

JBR’s main feature is “The Walk” which is a promenade that is sea-facing and home to boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops. There are many apartment-style hotels to stay, for families and larger groups. JBR has a lively atmosphere and includes beach clubs, bars and cafes.

Within close proximity you can take a walk down to Dubai Marina with affordable accommodation and fantastic location for getting around. Explore the marina with its magnificent yachts, its very own mall, hip and trendy bars and restaurants and of course close proximity to JBR and Jumeriah Beach.

Palm Jumeirah – Iconic Luxury Island

The famous palm-shaped man-made island sits off the coast from Dubai Internet City. It includes holiday villas, hotels and luxury resorts such as the Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis the Royal. The world’s biggest waterpark, Atlantis Aquaventure, is also located on the island. The Palm consists of many private beaches with high end restaurants and beach clubs. This is the best place to stay in Dubai if you want a quiet and an exclusive area to relax in.

Al Barsha – Budget Friendly and Family Orientated

Al Barsha is a quieter district and is well known for the variety of shopping venues, excellent value-friendly hotels and restaurants. A good location to visit a range of attractions such as Mall of Emirates and Ski Dubai. Easy access for the metro.
